I just have to say I have dealt with many different forklift companies in various states and this company is on point with what they sell. I buy and sell equipment for a living. I have bought several different pieces of equipment from Otay Mesa Sales and the have stood behind every sale. They sell over 100 lifts a month and these ratings are small compared to how much volume they do!! This is used equipment. Rick stands by his word and the people here are great. Goodmorning, I wanted to write a review. Im extremely happy with the response time and equipment availability for a project i needed to get done on a short time frame. Austin Baker went above and beyond for me when I realized I ordered the wrong size equipment for a Saturday job. I texted him at 10:30pm at night (when I Got Onsite) on a Friday and he responded immediately.He had the correct equipment at the job site all the way out in Boulevard, 45 minutes east of alpine, by 11:00am Saturday morning! Super stoked on his response time, as well as your drivers attitude and assistance with orchestrating the equipment on site. The Equipment we rented was really clean and worked flawlessly.
